MPC Signs warrants that its outdoor bulletin boards shipped after January 1, 2016, are free of defects of material or workmanship for the periods listed below: 

Sign structure (frame, doors, erection poles) 10 years 

Inner Copy Board and Letters 10 years 

Electrical components (other than bulbs and ballasts) 10 years 

Door Supports 3 years 

Electrical ballasts 3 years 

Glazing and graphics 3years 

From the date of shipment for1 the periods stated above, MPC Signs will, at its option, repair or replace any defective material or faulty workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage due to vandalism or other external causes. 

Upon original installation, a licensed electrician must make the final electrical connections, or the warranty covering any electrical component is automatically invalidated. The line voltage at the sign must be 120 volts +/- 5%, or the warranty covering any electrical component is automatically invalidated. Warranty claims must be registered with MPC Signs within 10 days of damage or component failure. MPC Signs reserves the right to visit the installation site or to require documentation of the claim before assuming any responsibility under the provisions of this warranty. Service to a damaged or malfunctioning sign, with the exception of bulb replacement, which has not been ordered or authorized by MPC Signs, automatically invalidates this warranty. MPC Signs may ship replacement parts or material to the customer and reimburse the customer for the installation labor. Reimbursement labor cost is limited to a maximum of $50.00. Warranty work is the responsibility of MPC Signs only when that work has been authorized in advance by MPC Signs's customer service department. 

The title to the property passes to the buyer upon delivery to the freight carrier. Loss or damage to the goods when in possession of the freight carrier is the responsibility of the buyer. The freight carrier is not covered by this warranty. 

The foregoing warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, whether written, oral, or implied (including any warranty for merchantability or fitness for purpose).
